Case management built for early intervention — not adapted for it.
EI Atlas keeps families, service coordinators, providers, and required state reporting connected in one secure, cloud-hosted system — replacing aging local databases with software designed around how EI agencies actually work.

Secure, cloud-hosted, and built for oversight
Early intervention data is sensitive. EI Atlas is designed to be credible for a public-sector, healthcare-adjacent audience.
- Modern cloud hosting. Runs as a managed, multi-tenant application — each agency's data is isolated per tenant.
- Role-based access. Service Coordinator ⊂ Manager ⊂ Admin, plus specialist roles, so people see what they should.
- Microsoft single sign-on. Sign in with your organization's Microsoft accounts.
- Built for accountability. Reporting and audit-friendly workflows support state reporting requirements.
Handling children's records is a serious responsibility. We're happy to discuss our security and data-handling practices with your team during a demo.
Replacing the old Access database?
Many EI programs still run on aging local databases that are hard to back up, hard to share, and impossible to access remotely. EI Atlas is a modern, hosted replacement built specifically for this work — so your program isn't tied to a single machine under someone's desk.

EI Atlas is built and operated by Huensch Computer Consulting Inc. (HCCI), based in Batavia, Illinois. It's a real, in-production application already used to coordinate early-intervention services — not a concept or a generic case tool repurposed for EI.
Our focus is narrow on purpose: software for the agencies that serve infants, toddlers, and their families. That's why the workflows, reports, and terminology match the way early intervention actually operates.
